Pneuform’s 3D rotary head bending machines are capable of bending mild steel wire ranging from 3mm to 16mm and tubes up to 20mm.
These machines are equipped with a decoiler, 5 to 7 axes, controlled by Yaskawa drives, ensuring precise bending through the movement of the bending head around the part.
The UK-designed software is based on Unison Ltd’s user-friendly Unibend software, which simplifies the setting up of the machine. Optional additions such as end forming and press station enable secondary operations, which further enhances versatility.
Pneuform’s twin head machines can bend wires from 3mm to 6mm and tubes from 3mm to 10mm, utilizing up to 16 axes.
These machines also feature Yaskawa servos and the industry-leading UK-designed software based on Unison’s user friendly Unibend controls.
The clamping mechanism transfers long straight components, bending from the outer bends towards the centre before moving to an output conveyor.
