This particular work cell comprises a robotised pipe loader, a specially designed all-electric Unison tube bender that is able to bend up to six large pipe elbow joints at once, as well as robots to pack and seal boxes of finished product.
Depending on customer requirement, however, our fully automated, robotised cells can include tube bending, pipe bending or wire forming solutions from Unison or Pneuform, as well as fibre laser cutting technologies and press brakes from Nukon Lasers UK.
To help make manufacturing streamlined, straightforward and simple, we create dedicated jigs and fixtures, remote handling systems, and tooling verification & remote diagnostics solutions – all integrated into automated flowlines.
