If you’re heading to FABTECH this October, make sure you head straight to Unison Tube LLC at Booth S34035. That’s because we’re offering unrepeatable hush-hush savings on each of the machines we’ll have on show.
FABTECH is your chance to save on a 50 mm Unison Synergy hybrid-electric dual-stack tube bending machine, on a Unison EvBend 1000 manually operated CNC-controlled tube bending machine – or even a Pneuform rotary head wire and tube bending machine.
So, if you’re looking for a saving on a top-quality tube or wire bender, please be quick. These are all one-off deals. They are strictly limited to the actual machines on show at FABTECH.

But first, why not get to know the machines…?
Unison Synergy machines combine precise electric control with advanced, near-silent hydraulic operation.
They are ideal for manufacturers and subcontractors who carry out repetitive tube bending tasks.
Choosing Synergy means benefiting from exceptional levels of control, with functionality and user-friendly features similar to our more expensive Unison Breeze machines.
Designed for low-volume, high-accuracy production and prototyping, Unison EvBend tube benders are used across aerospace, MRO, Formula 1, and the oil & gas sector for precision bending tube of up to 50 mm in diameter.
The machine on offer at FABTECH, an EvBend 1000, has a bending capacity of 3 mm – 16 mm (22 mm in copper) and a bend radius of up to 135 mm.
Unison EvBend machines provide CNC-controlled, manually operated 3-axis, mandrel, multi-plane bending at a fraction of the cost of fully automated bending machines.
The EvBend CNC control features a PC-based 15” touchscreen and is capable of processing up to 1000 bends per component, storing infinite parts and connecting to CAD and most tube measuring systems. We also build a larger model, the EvBend 2000.
This has a maximum bend capacity of 50 mm and a bend radius of up to 200 mm.
Pneuform’s range of rotary head bending machines includes models capable of bending mild steel wire of 3 mm to 16 mm in diameter, and tube of up to 20 mm diameter.
The model on offer at FABTECH – a Pneuform PF-6600 – delivers precise 6-axis operation and will precision-bend hard materials of up to 4 mm in diameter and soft materials of up to 6 mm in diameter.
Just as with all Pneuform machines, Yaskawa drives are fitted as standard, while Unison software ensures easy programming, including the de-coiler and tooling. Optional heading machines and press stations are available for secondary operations.
