Unison Tube LLC, the North American division of UK-based Unison Ltd, will be presenting the capabilities of its full range of all-electric and hybrid-electric tube bending machines at Booth #511, Wire & Tube Mexico.
Unison Ltd invented ultra-precise, all-electric tube manipulation and today offers all-electric benders for diameters from 4 mm (5/32”) to 275 mm (10”).
Available in single-stack, multi-stack, left/right, pinball and twinhead versions, Unison’s advanced all-electric machines provide rapid automatic setup, fast tooling changes and right-first-time repeatability – all supported by exceptional power and rigid mechanical design.
Unison’s hybrid-electric range of tube benders was developed to make the company’s quality and reliability accessible to even more subcontractors and workshops involved in tube manipulation. Currently, two hybrid-electric dual-stack models are available – a 50 mm maximum tube diameter machine and a larger 80 mm model.
Both are equipped with Unison’s user-friendly Unibend control as well as industry leading motors and drives.
Visitors to Booth #511 will also be able to discover more about the wire and small-diameter tube and bar bending machines from Unison’s sister company, Pneuform Machines Ltd.
Unison Ltd acquired Pneuform – a leading name in the manufacture of wire forming machines in the fall of 2023 – and has been working hard to ensure the brand continues to innovate the wire bending machinery market.
As standard, all Pneuform machines are equipped with Yaskawa drives and Unison’s user-friendly software for easy programming and operation.
