With left & right-hand bending capability achieved on the same part, the bending of long tubes with complex geometry is easily solved, especially when used in conjunction with Opt2Sim, our tube simulation software.
Unison Pinball machines are available in 30 mm, 50 mm, 90 mm, 150 mm and special variants, depending on required collet capacity. Ideal for highly complex part shapes where collisions may occur on a standard machine, Pinball models can also be specified with laser-controlled springback correction to further minimise material wastage.
