A high capacity 4.5 inch tube bending machine which has been used in many shipyards where expensive materials have to be bent very accurately. Using laser measuring devices attached to the bend heads these machines can achieve bend accuracy without having to waste expensive material.

115mm Solution

Senior Aerospace required a fully CNC bending machine to produce aerospace components in exotic metals such as titanium and inconel. They wanted to reduce the amount of setup time between jobs and produce higher quality parts than their old hydraulic benders. They also required a machine that could ben 1D inconel parts with multiple bends. Their older hydraulic machines required several setups to produce their parts and could take up to one week to produce an order, they wished to reduce this to less than half a day.


To supply a 115mm Breeze Multi Radius machine capable of producing multiple bends at varying radii.

The machine could mount various radius’s at the same time which would reduce their change over time between product runs. The machine had to be capable of bending tubes from their smallest diameter tube to the largest used. This gave them total control over their production. The machine could also roll form some of their larger radii bends, these bends previously had to be done manually on a manual bender specially made for the part and took several days to complete an order. On the Unison an order could be reduced to less than an hour.
